Howard Stern has been a resident of South Florida for over 30 years. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Howard has degrees In International Relations Theory and Economics…and 4 children, all graduates of Spanish River High School.
A familiar, and welcome face, in Palm Beach County Juvenile Court Rooms, Howard works very closely with Palm Beach County Schools, and court officers ( Public Defender, State Attorney, Department of
Juvenile Justice, and DCF) to create residential and IOP programs, as an alternative to long term detention.
